What Financial Services is BILLI® authorized to provide?

BILLI® is authorised on behalf of Flexewallet, to deal in financial product by, issuing, applying for, acquiring, varying or disposing of a financial product in respect of the following classes of financial products:

  • Deposit and payment products limited to:
    1. Non-cash payment products

BILLI® is not authorised to:

  • Make any representations or give any warranties on behalf of Flexewallet
  • Provide you with any specific financial advice (that is, advice where your personal circumstances are taken into account or a recommendation or statement of opinion is made under this consideration, or could be reasonably regarded as being intended to influence you in making a decision about whether or not to acquire the financial services provided
  • Give you information that is inconsistent with the information set out in the PDS

BILLI® and Flexewallet are not related entities.

What commissions, fees or other benefits are received?

There are no commissions payable to OneFlick for any general advice or services delivered.

Compensation Arrangements

There are no commissions payable to OneFlick for any general advice or services delivered. 

Flexewallet is covered by Professional Indemnity insurance, designed to pay claims by third parties (including customers) arising out of any professional negligence on Flexewallet’s part. The terms and conditions of Flexewallet’s Professional Indemnity insurance satisfies the requirements of section 912B of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) for compensation.

What you should do if you have a Compliant

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to the financial services provided to you by BILLI®, you should contact BILLI® in the first instance.

If the complaint or dispute is not satisfactorily resolved by BILLI®, you should contact Flexewallet immediately.

If the complaint or dispute is unable to be settled immediately to your satisfaction, your complaint or dispute will be acknowledged within 5 business days. BILLI® or Flexewallet may request further details from you.

A final response will be provided within 45 days from acknowledging your complaint or dispute. If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction after the 45 days, you may be eligible to escalate the complaint to the Australian Financial Conduct Authority (AFCA).
